Grange Road, Alresford

Permission to substantially extend bungalow in Grange Road, Alresford. Granted at the October 2012 Winchester Planning Committee meeting, 12 – 0 in favour. The scheme improved the permission that was in place when our client purchased the property earlier this year but for some reason the application ended up at Committee.

Planning permission granted

Planning permission granted by East Hampshire District Council for substantial extensions, remodelling and refurbishment of a period property in Upper Wield, Alresford. Refurbishment of the attached cottage have already been completed.

Planning for property in North Dorset

After a bit of a battle planning consent has today been granted by NDDC for total remodelling of an existing chalet style property set in the North Dorset Countryside. The scheme transforms a building more akin to a Swiss chalet into a contemporary lakeside family home.

Works in May 2012

Planning permission granted for substantial extensions to a detached single storey property in Headbourne Worthy for a family relocating from Kings Worthy. The proposals raise the roof on the existing bungalow and extend to front and rear creating a generous contemporary family home. It is anticipated that works will start in August.

House in Sleepers Hill. Works have started to implement the permission (granted at appeal in November 2011). Anticipated completion, early 2013.

Planning application submitted to substantially alter property at The Old Rectory, Upper Wield. Works have already commenced on the refurbishment element of the works.

Planning application due to be determined for substantial alterations to a detached property in Kilham Lane. Details to be added shortly.

Works recently completed include major refurbishment/extension to a property in Otterbourne, and remodelling to a property in Canada Common. Details to be added to project pages in due course.

Planning appeal allowed for extension to property in Winchester.

Planning appeal allowed for extension to property in Winchester. Decision includes the following comment from the Inspector:
“The scheme proposed has been carefully designed to take account of its unique location and the relationship of the site to its surroundings. The proposals have been prepared with flair and panache. The extension will enhance its position in the local landscape.”
Works will start next year.
